Your Training Infrastructure
Foundation
Initial in-class technical training which is about a week long and wraps up with a final exam. Because we work with you in small groups, the instruction focuses on your individual needs.
Field Work
A critical element of your training, in this experiential component, you’ll follow senior inspectors and learn the business first-hand. You’ll learn how to execute the inspection process, report your findings, and service your clients. You don’t fly solo until you’re ready. Our mentoring program ensures you are qualified before you start the business.
Operations
The final component of your training covers Office Setup, Marketing, Planning, and Contact Management – with continuation training in office and computer work as needed, Team Education Seminars, marketing courses, networking events, newsletters and ongoing mentoring.
