Very professional - very knowledgeable and extremely detail oriented - took his time to explain every little detail to me and gave me examples of what could happen if not fixed. Thanks to the inspector's thorough work - we discovered a leak in the ensuite shower - which we asked the seller to fix before the closing date. The inspectors at Lighthouse know their job inside out - and take the extra step to explain to a non-technical person such as myself - in very simple terms.
