If
anybody needs to do an inspection - Lighthouse is the inspection company to hire
for the job. Marco Ramos - a delight to work with. Very professional -
very knowledgeable and extremely detail oriented - took his time to explain
every little detail to me and gave me examples of what could happen if not
fixed. Thanks to Marco's thorough work - we discovered a leak in the ensuite
shower - which we asked the seller to fix before the closing date. Marco knows

As first time home buyers, we were a little anxious about our inspection - especially since we were buying a century home. Marco put us at ease. He was very professional, explained everything to us at a level where we could understand and was very through. Marco has a lot of experience with older homes, and gave us many tips and tricks to maintaining the home. When he completed the inspection and went over the home inspection book, we felt like we had a very real understanding of the home and the confidence to buy the home. Marco gave us his number and email and told us to let him know if we had any questions after he left. We did and he got back to us immediately and was just as nice and informative as when he was doing the inspection. We couldn't have asked for a better home inspection. There are so many horror stories out there but by going with Marco at Lighthouse Inspections is definitely NOT one of those. I would highly recommend Lighthouse and Marco to anyone buying a home.
Will Keep Using Lighthouse
I have used your services twice in the past three years, with two homes I have
purchased. The Inspectors were different workers each time. And now I am calling
them today for a third time! I truly appreciate how thorough they were in
regards to going through the homes, more so I was a first time homebuyer in '09
and the Inspector took his time in going through the Binder with me afterwards.
He offered me clips and movies on how to better maintain a home I really
appreciated this aspect. I thank you for being so patient with all my questions

Fantastic Inspection
Our home inspector Marco was simply fantastic , he discovered vermiculite insulation that another inspector missed and saved us from having to spend thousands to have it removed, he spotted foundation issues that another inspector had missed too. All in all he saved us from at least $10,000.00 in repairs! Cannot say enough about how fantastic he is, informative thorough a true professional. Recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home who wants real peace of mind before they sign the deal
Very Pleased with Tim Palmer's Home Inspection
My wife and I used Tim for a recent home inspection and we were very pleased with his performance. Not only was he friendly and knowledgeable, but his use of the infrared scan was very comforting to us as we could see details of the house not available to the naked eye. He also sat down with us and went page-by-page through the report to make sure we understood everything that he had discovered.

We had our Home Inspection done by Joe on March 29, 2012. He was very patient an
knowledgable. The inspection took about 2.5 hours. Joe encouraged us to ask
