Was I surprised

Tim is not what you expect. He can be described as a very friendly professional who really knows his inspections. He was completely courteous to not only myself but also the seller who was present at the time. He completed his inspection and then sat me down explaining each room of my Condo telling me what could go wrong and how to fix it. He answered all of my questions in an understandable way. Great Home Inspection Service~!!

I recently purchased a home in Oshawa and Lighthouse Inspections was recommended to me as a home inspection company. Since this was my first time ever purchasing a home, I welcomed any advice from my family and friends.
